About CourtClub
CourtClub was founded in 2023 by Mattes Wobbeler.
As a college player, it became clear that the professional tour was out of reach, and staying on as a coach, or a player without a future, was never an option. That same year, Roger Federer, an idol and favourite player since childhood, ended his career. What remained was the ambition to preserve the beauty of the sport, and to carry it into a life beyond the court.
This is how CourtClub came to be: collections committed to simple silhouettes, without ever becoming ordinary. Collections that pay more attention to detail than to logos. That capture the effortless character of the sport, rather than staging it, on court and off. In colours reminiscent of sand, clay and grass, in cuts that speak for themselves and need no explanation.
In just two years, CourtClub has built a name for itself in the world of tennis. Following first collaborations with Belmond, Puente Romano and Yonex, CourtClub is now on its way to establishing a presence at ATP tournaments and in boutiques around the world.
